Q & A

1. I hear abnormal noise, such as static.

A. For the best audio performance, use high fidelity lossless music files (> 20 MB per song). Lossless music formats include APE and Flac.

B. The device may not have proper shielding, which causes interference and creates abnormal sounds. Try using another device that has proper shielding.

C. The headphones are Hi-Res grade which can clearly reproduce sound sources as well as Rub & Buzz and abnormal noise from the player.

2. One earphone/the mic does not work.

Prolonged use may cause dust accumulation, further affecting call/sound quality. You could clean the mic/earphone to make sure its input is not blocked by dust or physically damaged. When cleaning the earphones, please remove the ear tips for deep cleaning.
